Hayeswood First School

Welcome to Hayeswood First School: Where everyone matters and every day counts

Hayeswood is a happy school where children can feel safe and inspired to learn and flourish. Our broad, balanced curriculum is designed to be exciting and stimulating and is delivered through a wide range of teaching and learning styles. We aim to develop the skills and interests of each and every individual so that, by the time they leave us, they are confident, resilient learners and responsible citizens.

We believe that the most effective way for this to happen is for parents and staff to communicate and work together in effective partnership. Families and members of the community are encouraged to participate in the life of our school, helping to enrich the learning and social experiences available to the children.

Hayeswood is a founding member of Initio Learning Trust
